Cross Roads Residential Treatment Facility was established as a place for adults with mental health disabilities to gain knowledge and skills for everyday living. Goals set by our skilled staff for our residents begins with gaining confidence and growth in their individual independence levels. Cross Roads offers activities to our residents, on and off campus in the community. Referral to outpatient therapy services can be made for those residents who wish to participate. Individual and group sessions are provided to teach coping skills to assist clients in work and social skills in the workplace. Cross Roads is residential care home which can accommodate 55 residents ages 18 and up, each of whom will have fully furnished bedroom. Other amenities include a spacious living area which provides a variety of atmospheres to meet individuals needs. We at Cross Roads strive to offer a community that promotes self-respect, independence, and improves the quality of life for all our residents.

Admission to Cross Roads is based on the discretion of the operator and administrator. Our Cross Roads staff is comprised of caring experts in their fields. The qualified staff understand the value of each step forward that is made through individual successes. Meals and snacks are designed by a registered dietician with the residents nutritional needs in mind. Residents are given assistance and monitoring in taking medication, scheduling treatment appointments, transportation, and performing daily living skills. Daily living activities re important in Cross Roads plans for their residents as well. Activities such as independent living skills and personal grooming are presented and practiced daily. Discussions about current events, movies with a purpose and games that are fun and enlightening are presented for residents participation.
